My name is Amanda Dawn (Sarah Rivah) Spiro.
July 19th, 2007 at only 21 years old I was diagnosed with Cancer.
Forced to suddenly put my life on hold, I had to come to grips with a new and frightening situation.
Through this journey I was blessed to discover an inner strength; I slowly became aware of the power of my Neshama - Jewish soul - and witnessed daily how much light can come from a seemingly dark place.
I saw the hand of G-d at work in everything that was happening to me.
Nine years later I am an observant Jew, married with children.
Let me share my story with you.
